I. Who I am
I am an Organizational Development and Effectiveness Specialist with over 25 years of experience dedicated to aligning business strategy with human potential. In 2017, I founded O Consulting, an independent practice built on the principle that an organization’s strength is found in its structural integrity and the clarity of its leadership. As a fluently bilingual professional (English/French), I identify and bridge gaps in communication and culture, ensuring that transformation is felt at every level of an organization. My approach is grounded in a rigorous academic and professional foundation. I hold a Bachelor of Science, complemented by an Executive Mini-MBA. This academic background is enhanced by four distinct HR specializations: Training and Development, Leadership Coaching, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Human Capital Strategy. Whether partnering with small owner-operated businesses or large global publicly traded organizations, I serve as an integrator, bringing a depth of value-added and practical people-based solutions to every project.

Greenfield Talent Functions: Pioneered the start-up of talent development functions across multiple sectors, establishing the vision and operational systems required for long-term growth.
Comprehensive Leadership Architecture: Designed and delivered a full spectrum of programs, from Graduate and Engineer-in-Training initiatives to Senior Leader Development structured with the rigor of an Executive MBA.
Integrated People Systems: Engineered sophisticated systems spanning the entire talent management cycle, including Performance Management systems that drive genuine accountability.
Strategic Succession & Culture: Developed Succession Management frameworks that measurably advance "readiness" for critical roles, while leading Culture Transformation programs linked directly to organizational strategy.
III. Future Focus: Strategic Audits & Collaborative Advisory
My focus is on providing high-level diagnostic clarity for organizations seeking "true results." By operating at the intersection of proven management theory and practical application, I am dedicating this next chapter to:
The Organizational Effectiveness Audit: I am currently developing a proprietary audit process based on the 12 Pillars of Organizational Effectiveness. This diagnostic tool identifies the precise gaps - structural, cultural, or systemic - that hinder performance. By applying theories such as Requisite Organization, Systems Leadership, and Integrated Talent Management, I provide a roadmap for alignment that is both custom and systemic.
Thought Leadership & Speaking: I am seeking opportunities to share my knowledge as a speaker and facilitator, challenging traditional HR thinking and discussing how integrated systems can transform the bottom line.
Strategic Partnerships: I am open to collaborating with like-minded consulting practices as an Associate. Whether serving as a senior advisor, facilitator, or executive coach, I provide high-value expertise to existing programs where my work aligns with the firm’s mission.

O Consulting operates by partnering and sub-contracting with other specialists needed to remain agile and financially accessible to companies small and large. I am proud that most of our contracts have resulted from referrals or through my growing network.

My science, quality, and military background have served me well as an HR leader and consultant. I have more technical and business savviness than most HR leaders. Most of my jobs were “firsts,” I built the entire role and function and completed multiple successful projects. I am attracted to significant challenges/initiatives and can conceptualize, strategize, project plan, implement and execute – all with actual application and results.
